Summary
The Maryville men's basketball shot 63 percent in the second half and cruised to a 78-59 win over Wisconsin-Parkside Saturday afternoon in Moloney Arena.
Nolan Berry picked up his 11th double-double of the season with 15 points and 17 rebounds to highlight the day. With the victory, the Saints improve to 16-4, their best record after 20 games in program history.

What Happened
The Saints were up 16-14 before reeling off an 11-3 run.
Forrester Sims knocked down a jumper and
Grant Sims added one free throw.
Robin Thompson scored down low for a 21-14 lead. UWP sank a 3-pointer before Berry hit two free throws and
Casey Teson converted two more at the line. Thompson hammered down a dunk for a 27-17 lead. The Rangers got as close as 29-24 but Grant Sims scored on a layup, and Berry added two free throws. Forrester Sims sank a halfcourt 3-pointer at the buzzer as the Saints ran off with a 36-24 lead at the break.

The Saints hit eight of their first 11 shots to start the second half to break the game open. Maryville was up 38-27 and scored six straight. Forrester Sims, Teson and Berry all tallied buckets for a 44-27 edge. The Rangers made a basket but the Saints used another 11-3 stretch to effectively put the game away. Berry threw down a dunk and Forrester Sims sank two free throws. After a UWP 3-pointer, Berry answered with a triple, and Thompson scored on a layup.
Eugene Jones had a layup as the Saints took their biggest lead of the day at 55-32 with 13:45 to play. The Saints kept a comfortable margin the rest of the way and still were up 67-44 with 7:01 remaining after a
Teehjay Bogan bucket.
