The Maryville University men's lacrosse team has earned the No. 3 seed for the 2019 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship Tournament in Indianapolis. The Saints will take on No. 2 seed Rockhurst Friday, April 26, in a 5:30 p.m. CT / 6:30 p.m. ET game at Key Stadium on the campus of the University of Indianapolis. Host and top-seed UIndy faces No. 4 seed Montevallo in the first semifinal at 4 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. ET.

UIndy went 6-0 in GLVC play to earn the regular-season title and the right to host the tournament. Rockhurst posted a 5-1 record and defeated the Saints 15-11 in the first meeting April 6, in Kansas City. Maryville and Montevallo both went 3-3 in league play but the Saints earned the higher seed by virtue of a 16-13 victory March 10.

The top four teams based on conference winning percentage earned a berth into the tournament. The championship game will take place at Noon CT / 1 p.m. ET Sunday, April 28.
