2019 ITA Regional brackets

At the rain-shortened ITA Regionals, doubles play led the Maryville women's tennis efforts in Grand Rapids, Mich. Due to weather, matches were moved indoors and most consolation draw matches were not contested.

Thamara Pinto sprung an upset over the sixth seed in the Singles B draw and won her second match before getting eliminated. Helena Colvee won her opener before dropping a decision to the No. 10 seed. Ashley Dowden and Georgina Cupper both advanced to the semifinals of the B Consolation draw but the remaining matches were not contested further. Nicole Pafundi took her first match of the tournament but lost a marathon tiebreak 15-13 in the third set to fall short of the Round of 16.

In doubles action, the tandems of Pafundi and Clara Bascunana and Dowden and Sandra Hinterberger reached the semifinals of the A Consolation draw. However, due to the weather, the tournament ended without a champion determined. In the B Doubles draw, Colvee and Cupper won their first two matches before getting eliminated at by the top-seeded doubles tandem to end their run.
