Valley Park, Mo. - The Maryville women's bowling team hosted the Columbia 300 Saints Invitational that was shortened to two days due to the winter weather that hit the Midwest earlier in the week. The tourney was held at Bowlero Lakeside Lanes in Valley Park, Mo.

In a small but loaded field, the Saints finished third and defeated No. 2 McKendree to highlight their tourney.
Macailin Rodriguez ended up fifth individually to earn All-Tournament honors. She averaged 211.60 over five games, including a high of 244.

No. 3 Nebraska defeated the Saints in the opener, and No. 2 McKendree also downed Maryville. Central Missouri edged the Saints by just 22 pins, and nationally-ranked Wisconsin-Whitewater triumphed over the hosts to close day one.

In the Baker matches, the Saints dropped contests to Nebraska, Central Missouri and UW-Whitewater. However, the Saints bounced back to beat No. 2 McKendree 977-957.
