The Maryville men's lacrosse team matched its highest poll ranking in program history as the Saints have climbed to No. 12 in this week's USILA/Blatant Lacrosse poll (Monday, April 29). In addition, in the USA Lacrosse Magazine poll, the Saints are up to No. 15 in that ranking. The No. 12 ranking matches the ranking the Saints previously achieved on March 22, 2021.
The Saints are coming off an 11-8 victory over previously No. 10 Indianapolis that earned Maryville a share of the 2024 GLVC Regular Season title. The win over No. 10 UIndy is the highest ranked opponent the Saints have defeated in program history. Maryville has already set a new school mark for wins in a season and currently stand at 12-3.
