INDIANAPOLIS – It is a clean sweep for Maryville Bowling as Elizabeth Teuber was selected as both Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year. Head Coach Lauren Russo closed out the GLVC-sweep for the Saints, coming away with her third-straight Coach of the Year honor, having now won the award every year she has led the program.
 
Teuber becomes the second Player of the Year in program history, following in Anna Maxwell's footsteps from 2024. Her Freshman of the Year honor becomes the third the Saints have earned, with Morgan Brunner winning last season and Maxwell in 2022.
 
Leading the Saints with a 208.4 Traditional average through 958 frames, Teuber was an immediate force out of the anchor spot, recording a 54.3 strike percentage, 87.6 fill percentage, 95.3 single-pin spare percentage, and 68.7 multi-pin spare percentage.
 
Teuber, while a unanimous member of the first team, is joined by Maxwell on the first team. Teuber and Maxwell were the two lone bowlers to be voted unanimously to the First Team.
 
A trio of Saints dominated the second-team list with Morgan Brunner, Kaitlyn Cavender and Siyah Sweeny all garnering spots upon the list.
 
Alexis Ingersoll was the Saints representative upon the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship honoree list.
 
As a team the Saints enter postseason play with a 71-46 record, sitting as the top-seeded squad for the GLVC tournament.
