The Maryville men's lacrosse team, after winning a share of the Great Lakes Valley Conference regular season title for the second straight year, has earned the right to serve as host for the 2025 GLVC Tournament May 1 and 3 at the Maryville Athletic Complex. The Saints (10-4, 4-1 GLVC) are the No. 1 seed, with Rockhurst slotting in as the No. 2 seed, as the Saints won the tiebreak via a head-to-head victory. Lewis will be the No. 3 seed, while Indianapolis claimed the fourth seed.

Maryville, which is ranked 11th in the nation, faces a rematch against UIndy in the first semifinal game at Noon CT Thursday, May 1. The Greyhounds posted a 7-7 mark, 3-2 in the GLVC. The Greyhounds won the regular-season meeting in a late thriller between the teams 13-12 played last Saturday in Indianapolis.

The second semifinal contest Friday will be at 3 p.m. CT between No. 2 Rockhurst and No. 3 Lewis. The Hawks were 8-5 overall, 4-1 in conference, while the Flyers were 11-4 overall, 3-2 in the GLVC. The game will also be a rematch of a contest from last weekend as the Hawks took an 8-7 decision on Saturday.

The two semifinal winners will advance to the championship game Saturday, May 3, at Noon CT, with an automatic berth to the NCAA Division II Tournament at stake.
