ADDISON, Ill. – The Maryville bowling team captured the Intercollegiate Team Championship sectional title in Addison, Ill., this past weekend.
Held at Stardust Bowl, the Saints battled among 25 other programs for a spot in the ITC Championships in Green Bay, Wis. next month. The Saints tallied 12,905 pins over 64 games of Baker bowling action. The team will not be the only ones advancing as
Savannah Swiatocha, in just her first season of college action, punched her ticket to the finals, finishing eighth with a 1,223 total pinfall with a 203.83 average over six games.
UP NEXT
The Saints will begin the postseason with the Great Lakes Valley Conference tournament at Bel-Air Bowl in Bellville, Ill., with action starting on Friday.
