Kypta Mumper '04, was a four-year member of the softball team and was a three-time first-team All-SLIAC selection.
The 2004 squad won the SLIAC title and qualified for the NCAA tournament, which marked the programs' first appearance. She was Maryville's first softball player to be named as an NFCA First-team All-American (outfield) in 2003 and named an Academic All-American by CoSIDA in 2004.
On the list of career leaders, she ranks in the top ten in nine categories. Her 49 stolen bases in 2003 not only stands as the school record, but she was the NCAA Statistical Champion in this category.
