She was a two-sport athlete as she played soccer and basketball. She was the starting goalkeeper for all four years in soccer. She received teh Top Freshman Award in 1985 and was the team MVP in 1986. She owns a career record of 31-23-5 in the net. She set school records for shutouts in a season (8.5) and career (21.5). In basketball, she set the school record for assists (245).
