Maureen Conley was a standout for the cross country and track and field teams. She earned first-team All-SLIAC cross country honors all four years (2002-05) and helped the Saints win the 2003 league title.

Maureen was the SLIAC Runner of the Year and the conference individual champion in 2004. Conley was a three-time NCAA Midwest All-Region selection and earned SLIAC Runner of the Week honors on six occasions. Conley has the second fastest time in school history in both the 5K and 6K cross country distances. She holds six of the top 10 fastest times in program annals in the 5K and five of the best 6K times.

Conley was a member of the school record indoor distance medley relay and holds the school mark in the indoor 800, mile and 5,000. Outdoor she holds Maryville records in the 800, 1,500 and 5,000. She was a provisional national qualifier in the indoor 5,000 as well as in the outdoor 1,500. Maureen currently serves as a Saints assistant coach for the cross country and track and field teams.

She was inducted into the Saints Hall of Fame with her twin sister, Maggie.
