Maryville University Athletics

Leonard was a four-year letterwinner in baseball. He won the team's Top Freshman Award and was a three-time team MVP. He was a member of Maryville's 1985 NCAA tournament team. He was also selected to the All-Midwest Regional team in 1985. He set school records for hits in a season (56), homeruns (14), RBIs (60) and total bases (112).
